Terms of Service

1. Accounts and workspaces

Each customer organisation has its own workspace. The organisation decides who may sign in and what each person can see. You are responsible for keeping your sign-in details private and for activity under your account.

2. Acceptable use

Use OneHQ only for your organisation's legitimate business. Do not try to access other workspaces, disrupt the service, reverse-engineer it, or upload unlawful content or malware.

3. Your data

Your organisation owns the data it puts into OneHQ, including employee records, time off, timesheets and invoices. CyberSoph (Pvt) Ltd processes that data only to provide the service, as described in the Privacy Policy.

You can export your data at any time. When a subscription ends, workspace data is deleted after a 30-day grace period unless the law requires us to keep it longer.

4. Subscriptions and payment

Paid plans are billed in advance for each billing period. Fees are non-refundable except where the law says otherwise. We will give at least 30 days' notice of price changes.

5. Availability and changes

We work to keep OneHQ available and secure, and may improve or change features over time. We will tell workspace admins in advance about changes that materially reduce functionality.

6. Intellectual property

OneHQ, its software, design and trademarks belong to CyberSoph (Pvt) Ltd. These terms give you a limited right to use the service; they do not transfer ownership.

7. Liability

To the extent the law allows, CyberSoph (Pvt) Ltd is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, and our total liability is limited to the fees paid for the service in the 12 months before the claim.

8. Ending the agreement

Either party may end a subscription at the end of a billing period. We may suspend accounts that seriously breach these terms.

9. Governing law and contact

These terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan, and the courts of Karachi have jurisdiction. Questions: support@cybersoph.com.
